your Hormone Personali-tea is:

Blushing Garden Blend

It’s time to pour yourself a cup of nature's medicineand embrace your openness and potential for growth
Your Personali-Tea's superpower is sweet, welcoming, and always able to see the best in others. While these are lovely qualities,you need to tread carefully. Unless you set some boundaries, others can take advantage of your kindness.

This blend is particularly beneficial for women who are young, wanting to get pregnant, or focused on fertility. This cup is highly nutritive, offering iron, calcium, and magnesium that restore vitality to just about every tissue—but especially your hard-working ovaries.

Now put on your kettle and gather the ingredients for your Blushing Garden Blend recipe:

  • 2 tsp rose hips (Rosa spp.)
  • 2 tsp elderberries (Sambucus nigra or Sambucus cerulea)
  • 2 tsp stinging nettle leaf (Urtica dioica)
  • 2 tsp raspberry leaf (Rubus ideas)

Pour boiling water over the herbs and let steep for 10 minutes. You can add a touch of honey to bring out more sweetness, but I promise you this tea won’t lack sweetness, much like you! Makes 1 cup.

Note: the ingredients can be used fresh or dried, and you might even find them growing in your neighborhood in the summer. Always handle nettle leaves with gloves; they sting until you dry them or boil them in tea!

If you haven’t found these ingredients growing nearby and there’s no herbal store in sight, you can get similar vibes if you make a 'grocery store' version;

Combine a few fresh or 2 tsp of dried, unsweetened with 1 premade raspberry leaf tea bag and 1 teabag of nettle leaf tea.
