  • 1 green teabag or 1.5 tsp loose green tea leaves*
  • 1 tsp Oatstraw (Avena sativa)
  • ½ tsp Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica)
  • ½ tsp Red clover blossoms (Trifolium pratense)
  • ½ tsp Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca)

Boil water and let it cool for 5min. Add all the herbs except the green tea and steep for 5 minutes, then add the green tea and steep for 3 more minutes before straining. Makes 1 cup.
