Let me introduce myself.
I’m straight-up obsessed with tea. Can you tell?

I enjoy nothing more than blending my favorite herbal remedies into a bespoke mug of tea. This ritual has become the anchor to my self-care routines, helping me change my mood, calm my anxiety, and soothe my hormonal symptoms.

After blending thousands of herbal teas for my female patients, I’ve seen them experience the same results time and again. I’ve developed a methodology for making herbal teas that taste great and balance hormones. Combined with a naturopathic approach to hormone balance, it’s an unstoppable combination.

If you’re looking to restore hormonal health by creating daily naturopathic rituals, you’re in the right place. I’m so glad you’re here, and I can’t wait to show you just how much you can change your energy, your metabolism, your mood, and your reproductive health. I’m lifting my tea mug as a cheers to you!
