Accessing Your Patient Portal
All of your bookings, uploaded documents, documents or requisitions I have shared, lab results and requisitions, session notes, invoices and receipts are stored securely in your patient portal. On a desktop/laptop, open this with an internet browser by going to drkim.co/go or by clicking the ‘for patients’ button in the top menu of my website. On mobile, it’s easiest to navigate by using the Practice Better App. If you have not already downloaded the app, you can find in the apple app store (for iphone users) or google play app store (all other phones)
Buying Supplements
Some supplements are available locally, I do my best to note where to find things in your session notes. Note that TBNC denotes The Thunder Bay Naturopathic Clinic @ 219 S Algoma St PH 807 683-7287. Here is where any prescriptions for herbal tinctures can be purchased here, and often where I send my patient for B12 shots, or for consultation for Vitamin D injections. Inside the clinic is The Supplement Store, where they sell high-quality naturopath-only supplements. You can also shop online for any non-prescription nutraceuticals from their shop online at drkim.co/shop PLEASE LET THEM KNOW THAT I HAVE SENT YOU IF YOU GO IN PERSON.

Recently, there has been a large change-over in supplements that are available locally because of import/tarriffs, Canadian supplement labelling requirement changes and most local businesses are moving towards using Aanadian retailers exclusively. If you have any trouble finding something locally, you you can order naturopathic supplements from my online dispensary, called fullscript. Products are discounted to remove any added shipping costs to you. You can either shop the full catalogue here, or you can use the ‘ADD TO CART‘ link next to the applicable items in your session notes. The first time you hit add to cart you will be asked to sign in to fullscript, and after that items can be added one after another.
NOTE: You are not required to purchase supplements from me directly, and I encourage you to shop around. Note that some supplements are naturopath-only or are labelled for professional use and may be difficult to find in some areas. I make an effort to consider cost, quality and access to the products I suggest, but I’m happy to evaluate the equivalency of any supplement you may find to the types or brands I have recommended.

If you have not yet paid for a visit and have not already entered a card onto your file, an invoice will be sent after your visit by email with a link to pay your fees online. A receipt is automatically generated and is emailed immediately. This payment is processed securely with stripe, and the card is saved so future visits ca be billed without the need to reenter your card details. If you wish to pay by etransfer, just let us know. In subsequent visits, payments are processed with the card on file after the visit and a receipt is sent to you by email. Your historical invoices can always be found in your patient portal (on desktop navigate to drain.co/go or use the practice better app on mobile and log in)
Questions About Your Treatment Plan
If you have a question or concern that arises before your next visit, you have the option of leaving a message inside the patient portal – look for the square chat bubble icon on either the top right (desktop/laptop) or botton right (mobile app). Please note that I may not see or respond to a message for several days. If you have a concern that is time sensitive or related to an adverse effect, call the clinic. Please refrain from emailing me directly – this isn’t a private channel and I do not monitor my inbox daily.
If I have asked you to upload previous labs, directly loading your them to your patient portal maintains privacy compliance. If you have copies of your lab tests on your phone or computer and you prefer to email them, you can send (send only 1 attachment per email) to labs@drkimberlyboileau.com
NOTE: email is not privacy compliant, so by sending your health information by email you consent to potentially revealing that information to unintended recipients, of which I do not have complete control.
Parking
Parking at Bespoke is free on the street, but is not often available. I can validate parking if you use the Passport Parking app to park in Crooks Lot, which is the lot accessible from Red River Ave, between The Loop and Coppola (formerly El Tres). Just use your passport parking app to set your parking for the duration of your visit and I will validate it when you come in. Download the passport parking app here
