Ingredients
- 2 14-ounce blocks tofu
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Kosher salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste

- Gather the ingredients.
- Press your tofu.
- Once your tofu is well-pressed, chop it into bite-size chunks, and combine your tofu with the remaining ingredients in a crock pot or slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
